Project Update!

Thanks so following our updates, we are so excited to share our most recent updates with you!

This week, Mathew Lanning and I started arranging music for our album. We started with two pieces from our favorite Zelda games, Majora’s Mask and Ocarina of Time. It was so fun to look through music we grew up listening to and creating something new with it.

The songs we worked on this week were "Clock Town" and "Hyrule Field."

Our goal was to have two pieces arranged for this week, which we accomplished. Our timeline has so far been working well, hopefully we will continue with our schedule as planned. If we do end up running into any issues, we gave ourselves extra time near the end of the eight weeks where we can catch up.

For next week, we hope to review the arrangements we created and create four new pieces. We hope to fit the work for this project into our schedules better. Hopefully the whole process gets easier as the weeks go on. It is very exciting to start this project and I can not wait to see the project come together over the next few weeks.

Seeing the arranging process and helping with editing was especially interesting because I usually do not see this part of the process. I usually only see the recording process, so I am excited to learn more about this over the next few weeks.
